TERMS & PROCEDURE

If you have made an online purchase (via the website), you have the right to cancel this purchase within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery / purchase.

Control after 48 hours:

Our transport companies handle your order with the utmost care. Please visually check/inspect if your products are damaged and that they are complete, within 48 hours of delivery. Notifications after 48 hours regarding damage and/or the completeness of the delivery are no longer covered by the warranty & insurance and will no longer be accepted.


Conditions "state" for the return of products:

  • goods must be purchased online
  • goods must be returned in perfect original condition (unused and unassembled and without any glue or nails) and/or returned in asealed/original packaging within 14 days.
  • after checking the condition of the goods, the refund will not be processed (only for the product, if the required conditions are met - shipping/transport costs will not be refunded)

Return procedure (no claims):

1. Send your return request by EMAIL to eshop@hublet.be, make sure that the following information is included:

- reason  for the return request (wrong size chosen, the product is not what it appeared to be on the site, ...)

- the order confirmation number and/or your invoice / receipt

2. We will contact you by email: confirmation of receipt of the return request

    If we do not give our agreement by email, please do not send anything, wait for our response thank you.

3. Choose from these 2 return options:

1. Return the item to our warehouse yourself (free and quick refund).


2. Return the item using a transport service

If you choose a carrier, it is entirely at the sender's expense and also at your own risk.

4. Copy your invoice / receipt and add it to your return / or take these documents with you to the exhibition hall

Orders without return option:

In certain circumstances, the buyer is not entitled to a return:

  • custom orders (such as planed wood according to special dimensions, ...)
  • products to order (non-standard in stock or in our range)
  • Product samples
