1. Quality control

  Visual inspection of each board after drying for selection and quality control.

2. Automatic stacking

Mechanisation for increased productivity and well-being at work with the trimming of end cracks and square cutting of each board

3. Traceability & certification

Monitoring of batches according to EUDR requirements. Complete traceability with provenance and origin of the timber. Sawn. Certification PEFC, FSC, NMP15. 

4. Kiln Drying 

Air Drying for 3 to 6 months outdoors. Slow kiln drying to achieve a quality that allows for slicing into strips without discolouration.

5. Expedition 

Deliveries are made by 25-tonne semi-trailer or 40-foot container.

Europe: We can deliver anywhere in Europe by road, within 48 to 72 hours. Loading from our warehouse in Gembloux. 

World: We already deliver to more than 23 different countries outside of Europe. Shipping via the port of Antwerp. NIMP15 certified dunnage wood and heat treatment for the phytosanitary certificate.
